Our Average Work Week

Work, it takes up a majority of our time. People spend more time at work then they do with their families. According to Gallup, Adults employed full time report working an average of 47 hours per week, which equates to nearly six days a week. That's about an hour and a half more than they reported a decade ago. Nearly four in 10 workers report logging 50+ hours on the job.

Let’s face it American families are busy. Thankfully, as Americans spend more and more time working, services and technology has developed for the things we used to have time for. Such as social media which allows us to keep in touch with friends. Amazon and online shopping allows us to purchase items we need instantly. Grocery..pick up and delivery services. Bambino sitters, an app that connects parents with a local babysitters. Subscription boxes, for dogs, children, men, and women. On demand dog walking such as Wag.

And the list can go on and on. All of these things are great and make the lives of parents a lot easier. But there are very few if not any options, if not any, for child transportation. Many parents will leave work to pick up their children from school, drop them off, then go back to work. Parent’s before and after school program choices are limited to the ones that provide transportation. Not to mention school choice. School choice is great...but is it really school choice? Does everyone really get to chose..or only those that can transport their children to and from?

Care Commute bridges the gap. With transportation not being an issue, now parents are completely free to chose the school, and/or after school program that best fits their children's’ needs. Not to mention the time and money parents will save from leaving work to pick up their children. Care Commute specializes in providing monthly shuttle service before and after school.

With so many parents needing child transportation...Care Commute is proud to provide a safe, affordable, and reliable service.
